Description
Instruction in the operation of complex aircraft (i.e., retractable landing gear, controllable pitch propeller and flaps) or Technically Advanced Aircraft (TAA). Required for commercial pilot certification. Prerequisite: FLI 131
Course educational objectives for Complex are expected to be achieved with 24 flight hours, 1 simulation hour, and 5 hours of ground instruction. Flight lab fee is $6,895. Course educational objectives for TAA are expected to be achieved with 17 simulator hours, 27 flight hours, and 5 hours of ground instruction. Flight lab fee is $6,333.
