This capstone course engages graduate students in a collaborative consulting practicum focused on addressing real-world challenges in the sport industry. Working in teams, students partner with organizations or examine case-based scenarios to define business problems, conduct industry research, analyze strategic options, and deliver actionable recommendations. The course emphasizes project planning, team collaboration, industry analysis, and the development of managerial deliverables suitable for stakeholder engagement. Synchronous sessions provide students with opportunities for planning, receiving feedback, and delivering their final presentations. This culminating experience prepares students for strategic roles in sport organizations by bridging academic knowledge with applied consulting skills.
