Description
The ability to read, interpret and analyze dramatic script texts is an essential basis for all theatrical production work.ÂÂIn this course, students will learn various critical approaches to dramatic literature.ÂÂA play is a process rather than a thing.ÂÂIt takes many steps for a dramatic idea to travel a path from the mind of the playwright, through conceptualization by the director through the collective imagination of the production team, all the way to the experience of the audience.ÂÂStudents will read, analyze and understand dramatic literature and imagine its production in time and space.
