Description
This course develops the advanced aeronautical knowledge and instructional foundations required of future Certified Flight Instructors. Students examine core aeronautical concepts from a teaching and evaluation perspective, with emphasis on explaining, demonstrating, and assessing aviation knowledge in accordance with FAA standards. The course prepares students to effectively instruct aviation-related subject matter and supports readiness for the FAA Certified Flight Instructor knowledge examination. Prerequisites: AVI 430 and FLI 334.
