Description
This course explores contemporary leadership theories. Students will gain an understanding of ethical leadership behaviors, effective and engaging leadership behaviors, and emotional intelligence required to be effective leaders within the aviation industry. Upon successful completion of the course, students will have an understanding of ethical effective management processes and leadership behaviors to ensure engaged and dynamic stakeholders.
