Description

Selling is universal. Everyone uses persuasive communication to ???sell??? products, services, ideas, opinions, or points of view. In this course, students will examine and practice the techniques to develop and improve sales skills. The concepts covered will apply to negotiating mutually beneficial agreements. Students will also learn to identify customer problems and develop solutions that appeal to customers and benefit the organization. Upon completion, students will understand and practice the selling process from the perspective of the seller and purchaser. Prerequisite: BAC 280, PRF 201 and at least junior standing.
