Description

Social enterprise is a second generation phenomenon of the social responsible business movement that confronts social needs directly through their products and services rather than indirectly through socially responsible business practices. Emphasis is placed on the context and domain of social enterprise and the planning, organizing, leading, and controlling of these social enterprise organizations. Upon completion, students will be able to
understand all the key components of a social enterprise and be able to critique and develop their own social enterprise. Pre-req: BAC 201
