Description
This course will provide students with the opportunity to apply the principles of psychology to the workplace. Topics to be addressed include ethics in the workplace, employee motivation, leadership, personality types at work, interpersonal communication, work-team dynamics, and coping with debilitative and facilitative emotions. Upon completion of this course, students will have the knowledge and skills to apply inter- and intra-personal skills to prepare for transitions into today's workforce. Prerequisite: PSY 110 or BAC 304
