Description
This course is a study of advanced financial accounting topics. Emphasis is placed on accounting for equity investments, business combinations, consolidations and partnerships. Upon completion, students will be able to apply the principles necessary to account for investments in other corporations, prepare consolidated financial statements and properly account for partnerships. Prerequisite: BAC 341
