Description
This course is designed to prepare the student to communicate clearly using the language of medicine. Students are introduced to the way medical terms from each main body system are formed, pronounced, and translated. The goals for the student who successfully completes this course include familiarization with the language of medicine, introduction to the Greek and Latin roots of Medical Terminology, and equipping the student with the ability to translate medical language.
