Description

This course delves into the culture of organizations across a broad spectrum of organizational types. Students will build upon the foundational theories of organizational communication to analyze organizational culture in realworld and hypothetical case studies through a variety of theoretical frameworks, and evaluate the effectiveness and ethical commitments of those cultures. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to apply these skills to perform organizational culture assessments and create culture change recommendation documents for a real-world organizations. Prerequisites: COM101, COM155, and COM310
