Description
Communication Internships provide students with experiential opportunities available through workplace and community service. Junior and senior level Communication majors employ their educational knowledge while gaining practical career experience. As students discover organizational communication and expectations, they engage in textbook readings and reflective journal entries. This is accompanied by an on-site supervisor review at midterm and at the conclusion of the internship. Upon completion, students demonstrate their career experience through either a portfolio and/or a reflection paper. Prerequisite: Junior/Senior standing (60 credits) at time of registration
