Students will be required to write Defense Statements supporting their competency in each Standard, as well. Portfolios will be submitted prior to approval to student teach for the first evaluation, and during the student teaching experience for the second evaluation. This is a required course for all education majors and must be completed two semesters prior to student teaching. EDU 401 is a pass/fail course.
