Description

This course provides foundational flight training focused on preparing students for their first solo flight. Instruction covers basic aircraft control, flight maneuvers, airport operations, traffic patterns, radio communication, and emergency procedures, along with essential ground topics such as aerodynamics, aircraft systems, weather, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. Upon successful completion, students will demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough preflight inspections, execute safe and coordinated flight maneuvers, communicate effectively, and apply sound judgment to operate an aircraft independently within the traffic pattern in compliance with regulatory standards.
