Description
This course provides advanced flight training focused on achieving proficiency and meeting Airman Certification Standards for the private pilot practical test. Instruction emphasizes refinement of all required maneuvers, emergency procedures, navigation skills, and aeronautical decisionmaking, along with comprehensive review of regulations, performance calculations, and oral exam preparation. Upon successful completion, students will demonstrate the ability to perform all tasks to ACS standards, exhibit sound judgment and risk management, and be fully prepared for the FAA private pilot checkride. Prerequisite: FLI 111. Corequisite: AVI 131.
