Description
PA 625 Clinical Assessment II is a continuation of PA 613 Clinical Assessment I, designed to instruct students in comprehensive history taking and physical exam assessments, along with proper documentation of these components in the medical record. The course emphasizes the ???normal??? physical exam assessment, while also introducing students to assessment techniques for the most common abnormal physical exam findings in the areas of the nervous and reproductive systems, women???s health, geriatrics, and pediatrics. At the end of this course, the student will be able to perform a complete history and physical exam covering all organ systems. Prerequisites: All semester 1 PA courses.
