Description
Industrial & Organizational (I/O) Psychology is the application of psychological principles and theories to the work environment. I/O Psychology is both a research and applied profession. This course will present the history and research methods conducted within the discipline. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to interpret job analyses and predictors utilized to forecast criteria. Students will also be able to differentiate organizational theory and development relevant to motivation, worker well-being, and group processes.
